Langley Lodge, Minimay accommodation

Langley Lodge is a well appointed, multi-use accommodation and dining complex. It is situated amongst the bulokes and gums on the original Hawkins family selection, which was selected by Arthur James and Annie Hawkins in 1882.

Langley Lodge serves as the base accommodation and kitchen for the Hawkins Booroopki Farms staff. In addition the Lodge is utilised by external contractors serving the area, and many and varied corporate, social and family gatherings.

It comprises four buildings with disabled access around a central courtyard and has a commercial kitchen, gas heated dining/lounge area and 15 air conditioned twin rooms serviced by an amenity block, and one double room with ensuite. There is a laundry and also a BBQ area in the courtyard. There is a lawn area to the east which has facilities for four caravans adjacent to the amenities block.

The Lodge is situated in a quiet and peaceful setting not far from the main shearing shed.
